Amy Zale is a Partner at Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd. After graduating from Sandburg High School, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctorate from IIT Chicago-Kent Law School in 1999. Amy has previously served as a judicial clerk in the Circuit Court of Cook County for several presiding judges. Amy is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

At OMFM, Ltd., Amy is actively involved in state and federal litigation on behalf of school districts, municipalities, and their employees, including cases concerning civil rights, wrongful death, personal injury, and employment matters. Additionally, she assists municipal and school board clients in a variety of matters, such as personnel issues, collective bargaining agreements, contracts, and statutory compliance.

Amy acts as a hearing officer in student disciplinary matters and has counseled school district clients on labor and employment related issues. She has also represented school districts and employers in grievance and arbitration hearings.
